Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all photography and video services by Prayash Studios (“we”, “us”). When you book with us or use this website, you agree to them.

1. Booking

A date is reserved for you only after we confirm it in writing (WhatsApp or email) and receive the advance payment. Before the shoot we agree on the type of shoot, date, time, place, coverage hours and what you will receive.

2. Payments

• An advance of [50%] is compulsory to confirm your booking. The balance amount should be paid [on the day of the shoot].
• Prices cover only for the services mentioned in your quote. Extra hours, extra edits, travel outside [city] and other extras are charged separately.
• Deliverables of soft copies and any physical copies shall be holded till all the payments are received.

3. Cancellation and rescheduling

• Any cancellation, the advance is [partly refundable / not refundable].
• You can move your date once with at least [7] days’ notice, depending on our availability.
• If we have to cancel the shoot, we will offer a new date or the money will be refunded within 3 business days.

4. On the day of the shoot

Please share the schedule and make sure we have access to the venue. You are responsible for permissions the venue needs. Coverage lasts for the hours agreed. Time beyond that will be charged additional according to the slot. We cannot be held responsible for limits set by the venue, by other vendors or by guests.

5. Editing and delivery

• All photos are edited in our own style. We deliver the selected edited photos, not the unedited originals, unless we agreed otherwise in writing.
• Delivery is normally within [15] days through an online gallery link. Busy seasons can take longer tenure for delivery and prior notice will be given for delay.
• Please download and back up your data as soon as possible . We do not promise to keep files after [2] months.

6. Copyright and use of photos

• Prayash Studios owns the copyright to all photographs and videos we create.
• You may print them and share them for personal use, such as family, friends and social media. Please credit @prayash_studios when you share them online.
• You may not sell them, use them for business or advertising, remove our name or watermark, or use them to train AI software without our written permission. Product and commercial shoots follow the usage agreed in the quote.
• All photographs and content on this website belong to Prayash Studios and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Our portfolio

We may show photos and videos from your shoot on our website, Instagram and other marketing. If you want any part of your shoot kept private, tell us in writing before the shoot and we will respect it.

8. Products, models and props

For product, modeling and portfolio shoots, you provide clean products, outfits and props. We take reasonable care of everything handed to us, but we are not responsible for loss or damage beyond that care.

9. Liability

If equipment fails, or illness, an accident or another reason outside our control stops us from shooting, we will try to send a replacement or move the date. If neither is possible, we return the amount you paid. Our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

10. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or changes caused by weather, government orders, power or network failures, or other events beyond our control.

11. Privacy

Details you share with us by WhatsApp, email or Instagram are used only to talk about and deliver your booking. We do not sell your information.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [India], and any dispute will be handled by the courts at [Hyderabad, Telangana].
